The problem was, no member of his last forum was given any information about the real situation. The information given to the moderators and only the moderators was that Jiggmin wouldn’t have much time to spare due to finding love. Naturally you can see where the lies come from, they were born from the lack of information given to us. From our point of view, Jiggmin.com went down one day, Jiggmin disappeared, everything else was left up to speculation, even the moderators had no idea.
So yeah, naturally folks speculated on the Skype groups we all had set up. Some of the theories ranged from Jiggmin was dead and the domain subscription running out, to a lack of money.
It wasn’t until Aaaaaa123456 set up the successor to Jiggmin.com (Acid Forum) that someone stumbled across his Facebook account and details of him getting engaged emerged, naturally this didn’t really explain why Jiggmin.com went down or anything and we all thought he wanted to disappear due to his notoriety. You have to understand, to some folks Jiggmin was a legendary figure in their lives, so naturally folks pretend to be him, fabricate lies, all for attention. Which is probably why you were discredited immediately upon visiting Acid Forum, it wasn’t anyone being spiteful or anything, it’s just the reality of how things are.
I’m glad to hear Jiggmin is alive and well and working on projects again, I really wish he had given me knowledge of his servers experiencing denial of service, I could have given him advice on how to proceed and help safeguard the services he run. But above all else, I wish he could have sent a mass mailing about the problems, so at least one of us could have told the others what was really happening.
